It's only Android 2.2.

even though it is only android 2.2, it is still supported by my app. it wont have the cool big notification from the status bar but will still look very similar to the 4.0+ tablets.

Just purchased a cheap tablet but it did not come with google play. Is there another way to download the ra android app?

What tablet? A root with new bootloader will allow google apps to be installed

It was a Klu by Curtis. Just returned it and got one with google play.

I have the APK files available for download and install on your devices outside of Google Play.
