Make sure your router is set to WPA2-PSK with AES encryption.
It's the most secure and the one we have had fewer problems with, if any.

Ok all I can find is WPA2 personal and enterprise I don't see the one you are listing. Not to sound rude but I'm kind of getting tired of the reef angel since I had 2 ph probes have gone bad and this wifi adapter have been non but problems plus there is not quick support phone line of any kind. plus any time you need support you have to wait until someone reply on this forum.. if I can not fix this and get it working again I will be gettin rid of it and going with an apex

SSID and passphrase are case sensitive.
Make sure you are typing them in the same case as you have setup in your router.

This has also been done. They are typed just like the router

Sometime everything just needs a good kick in the butt to remind it who's boss.

Do you have the 4.0 firmware? You might want to try the antenna mod. For $7 that seems to have helped a few people with intermittent connectivity issues.
