relay box cover

ok my little 2year old undid the retention ring around the breaker/fuse on the relay box and then pushed it in. I took the screws out of the top to try and open it to push the breaker/fuse out so I can put the retention ring back on but the lid does not open easily. any help would appreciated

Lightly welded.
You will need to break the weld with a screw driver or something similar.
