ATO float switches

When I have my float switch plugged into the ATO High port and the float is down or IsActive should it read On or Off on the Andriod App and the Portal? Both of them read as "ON".

Yes if it IsActive, then it should be reading ON. So it is reading and displaying correctly.

Thanks Binder. I've read that a couple of time and I still get confused about it a bit. I don't know why?
