On my expansion box Port 3 (Kessil A350) stayed on last night after it should have turned off. I reset everything a couple of times and that didn't seem to help. The RA head unit shows that it's off along with the Android app. Sounds like I have a bad relay in the box, yes?

Try the controller test code and see if you can turn it on / off properly with that. If it still doesn't work then yes probably a bad relay.

I got home from work and plugged the Kessil back in. While I was sitting at the computer getting ready to upload the test code, the Kessil (and the other lights) went off on schedule. Don't know what happened but it seems to be working for now.
