I cannot access my controller from portal or the away profile in my phone. My home IP has not changed.
If I use the home profile it work fine.
What could be the issue?

That's port forwarding or your ISP changed your ip address.
Check if your port forwarding is working correctly and also if the ip didn't change.

It needs to say open for you to be able to connect to your RA.
