PH related ATO?

Hi, all
recently i have flickering problem ATO switch when ph drop to 1.10
i know my ph gone so bad long time. so i just ignore that ph reading.
of course i re calibrated the probe but it goes back to 3's
so it usually 3's and when it reaches to 1.10 ph, ato going on/off like crazy.
atm i turn it off ato or plug out until ph come back 3's.
i think i have stray voltage in water so i am using some titanium to groud.
so what to do? what's main reason for dropping PH and why ato flickering when ph fails?

Okay, I will try update
But I found major problem which is ATO leaking!
Got home and checked ATO , found some brown tips at the end of ATO which rust a bit. So i took out the ATO and check the ph, it is going up 6.28 now and no flickering! Yay!
So I add some sealant at new ATO and put it back. Hope this will work!
