RF expansion Q?

I don't have the vortechs because of the cost. I see you have an rf expansion to control them. Do you still need the vortech control unit or does the RF replace it like the jeabo's? I know some owners of the mp-40's and they didn't see how you could control them with the RA.

The RF module acts like another MP40. It becomes the master and the normal MP40/MP10 become slaves. The RA interfaces with the RF module and sends the commands same way an Ecotech configured as a master would.

Ok so you need the actual control unit for the vortech still. Was hoping you could just use the power head like the jeabo's to save a little cost.

The nice thing is i can still use the ecotech modes or program my own.

You cannot run or even buy vortechs without their controller.
