Ph probe gives reading as 1 since pwm......

I need help, Since I installed my pwm module and placed the jumper inside the RA head unit for the pwm to work my pH does not work. It keeps giving me a reading off 1. I even try to calibrate the probe without any success. I even tried a new probe and gives the same reading off 1... before I installed the pwm module my ph was working 100%. Any suggestions????
