Cannot Upload Sketch

I do not know what happen.
Today I try to upload a sketch I create using the Reef Angel Wizard under Tools
Everytime I upload I get the error message: Error uploading

I try many times. Rewrite the sketch using the Reef Angel Wizard and reupload.
Still the same.

Please help

Is the serial port set right. Also when I use my USB mouse on my laptop it won't upload right.

Make sure you have the correct serial port and board selected on menu tools
