Dimming feature inop

Last night I noticed that my lights were off early for some reason. I didnt have time to check it out. I looked at the tank this morning and noticed that the lights did not come on. I have three sets of lights with different ballasts and none of them have come on. I will assume it's the dimming signal thats not present. I tried unplugging everything and restarting the reef angel hoping it would reset everything but no luck. I checked all the connections and everything seems to be ok. Any ideas on where to start? I dont know if it's the controller or the relay box.

Use the controllertester code in the example codes folder to test the ports.

Does this test the ports on the controller or the relay box?
