Wifi attachment not connecting

I tried to connect using all the 3 methods but all failed. When the wifi attachment is connected to controller or PC both solid blue and red lights are ON. Is it faulty? Thanks.

It doens't look normal behavior.
When did you purchase it?

I purchased it on 1 Dec 2013, the Thanksgiving package.
When I opened the front cover, I could not locate JP1 to reset the settings as well.

The new models come with a button instead of jumper.
