Wifi problem...Need help

Good day,
I bought ReefAngel controller with Wifi attachement, Relay, Orp extensions and extension hub. Trying to connect to my Wifi. Everything goes smoothly when accessing in own network, but connecting outside my network is a pain. Let's start from beginning.
My Internet setup:
Huawei B593 4G (192.168.1.1) -> Dlink DIR-615 (192.168.0.1) -> PC/Phone/Reef Angel
I managed to setup my Wifi to Dlink DIR-615 Router through Wifi_utility as 192.168.0.100
When connected to Wifi of Dlink DIR-615 router I can access 192.168.0.100:2000 page and everything is displayed.
In Dlink DIR-615 router I reserved DHCP address 192.168.0.100 for Reef Angel MAC and in port forwarding set 192.168.0.100 port to 2000.
In Huawei B593 4G (192.168.1.1) I added 2000 port for my Dlink router - 192.168.1.2
When trying to check port 2000 in yougetsignal(dot)com/tools/open-ports/ I'm getting that port is closed.
So I cannot access ReefAngel outside my network. Please help
Spent 2 days with this issue and now I'm dissapointed
