i am going to get a reef angel and want to make sure i get all the necessary pieces the 1st time without having to order somethig i may have missed. i will have my led lights and moonlights only on and off(their not controllable), control heaters(2) , ato pump, check ato and sump water level, ph, temp in tank and sump, controll 2 jebao wp25 and return pump dc1200, also skimmer. possibly in future add on salinity. I know i need the reef angel +, multi water level expansion hub, another temp probe, 3 jeboa wires- do i need an relay hub,dimmer hub or expansion hub. thanks also let me know if i may have missed something that i may need.

I think you can get by with just what you mentioned, but here is what I would recommend:
RA+
Expansion Hub
Dimming expansion
Multi channel water level

I would add a wifi module so you can control and monitor remotely...
