How do I make channels of my dimming expansion act like actinic, instead of daylights?

There is nothing that says daylight or actinic on the dimming expansion. You connect and use each channel at will.

For time, they currently turn on with daylights

You can choose which time each channel is supposed to turn on.
Or are you using internal memory?

You can add an offset after the value you are using.

ReefAngel.PWM.Channel0PWMSlope(30); // Starts 30 minutes earlier and ends 30 minutes later
