Expensive shipping

I am just curious why shipping is so much...I know times are tough, but shipping on a controller and some pwm wires..15.95! That just seems a little outrageous to me... Is there a handling charged figured into that or something?

Not going to make you feel any better, but consider yourself lucky. Shipping charges in the U.S. are dirt cheap compared to many other countries. Could be why the U.S. postal service is near broke

It comes in a decent size box as it comes with the controller and relay box wrapped in bubblewrap to protect them.

I just put a whole system together for $1,400 and the shipping charges are "flat rate $500.00"
I would hope this is an error...
