Guys... i have a reefbrite led strip i just purchased. I want to run it on my reef angel. The problem is that it comes with an RJ plug and wire. Can i cut the plug and put it into the dimming switches on the RA? Any help will be awesome..

If the RJ plug is meant to connect to an Apex controller then you should be able to cut the ends and connect the correct wires to the RA dimming module.
The RJ of and Apex is usually wired to control 2 channels like a day light and actinic.

Pins 1 and 2 are one channel and 5 and 6 are the other channel.

Can i use the moonlight dimmable attachment to dim them? or do i need the dimming attachment. also how do i know whether my box is analog dimming or pwm dimming ?
