Water level expansion

What is the max length of pipe and tubing you can have on the water level expansion? My tank is upstairs and my rodi water is in the basement. I was wanting to use the expansion to measure the water so I could turn a 24V valve on when it got low and off when it reached the desired height.

The pipe doesn't have that much range, but you may be able to get decent results with a long tubing if you keep it the temperature constant.

Roberto how about an RANet water level sensor...that would be freaking awesome

Or wait would it be possible to have RANet hub? This way you could just send/receive to any of the RA modules
