Currently having some problems with getting the Wifi to work and can't seem to find an answer. The problem is that after a short period of time(1-3 minutes) the Wifi loses connection(Green light for the 1-3min then turns to flashing blue). If I unplug and replug the Wifi piece into the controller it regains the connection again for about the same time. I have tried turning off DHCP and setting an IP through Teraterm and am pretty sure that the IP is set to static in the router as well.

Port is open and I can access the controller through the local IP as well as the site portal when it is connected.

Are you getting good WiFi signal there? You might try moving the Wifi expansion away from other electronics and closer to the router (as much as you can with the short cable). There are also threads floating around on how to add an external antenna.
