I am getting this as the status on my Portal:

Reef Angel

Reef Angel wifi address: 192.168.1.106:2000
My reefangelid:

Connection Status:
Unreachable Address

So it looks like it is reporting to the portal but i am unable to control anything from the portal, ie turn lights on/off.

The green light is blinking slow, from what i understand this is correct?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

You need to setup port forwarding in your router.

Is there a thread on how to do this?
