Wifi External Access

Hey guys,
got a very strange issue here:
I cannot connect to my reefangel web server externally anymore.
My port forwarding, firewall rules etc are all setup correctly (I can see the incoming connections in router log), but the page times out.
Internally its working fine?
Maybe Im missing something obvious here?
EDIT - All my other port forwarded applications are working fine....
