wifi flashing blue out of now where

is my wifi attachment going bad or is it just my shitty Comcast internet? it was working fine earlier when I was changing some codes then I went to check my parameters and it wasn't updating, I go and look and my wifi is flashing blue. this seems to be happening off and on lately and I have also been having issues with my internet running slow as dog shit when im paying for the top of line internet (conartist Comcast). I tried unplugging it and its still flashing blue. what gives?
