Relay Expansion Cross Talk

I just set up a brand new Relay Expansion on my RA+ and I'm having some issues with it. For some reason on the expansion module ports 2 4 and 6 are all ganged together and whenever one of them is on all 3 get power. I have the relay expansion connected directly to the main relay box with no expansion hub. I did use a VGA cable because the kit I received did not come with a serial Communication cable. Could this be causing the issue?

Definitely the vga cable. Where did you get this relay expansion?
