RA plus temp reading not working on display. It is showing a 0.

I have only one probe plugged in. I have tried each port one at a time with a reboot each time it worked on the second port for about 30 seconds then quit again. other then that no change.

Tried my back up probe with on each port with a reboot and still not change.

Bad board on the head unit? what do you think?

Can you buy just the head unit?

That's what it looks like.
Check if there is not any signs of water damage.
You can get just the head unit board.

The display is not working with the new board. Any ideas?

I have tried to reseat it several times with no luck

I did get it to load the program and it is partly working.

You may need to change the ID.
