in feed mode , can i just stop the vortech pumps or tunze ?

Did you look at RAGen yet?
You can pick and choose which ports you want to turn on and off.
It also allows for assigning functions to each socket.
I suggest you look into it.

You can choose to stop it too. By default the RF module will put the Vortech into feeding mode too.
