Portal temperature alarms

I have the portal alarm set up to send me alarm if any of the temperature (T1, T2, T3) go to less then 77 degs.

Since I have got the portal working now I get 2 to 3 alarm with temperture T1 or T3 at zero a day. I have never gotten a alarm on a T2 yet. When I get the alarms in my email I check the controller if I am home, or the Android app if I am at work. I have never been able to see these the temps on controller or the app the temps or always normal there when I check.

Any Idea how to figure out if they are real or just a bug?

Check for any corrosion on the connectors.
Maybe the probe is going bad?

Installed new probes. That has fix the problem. No more nuance alarms.
