Controller to Relay Box cable

I need some help,

The communication cable between my controller and relay box have packed up. I am struggling to buy one, as I can only find VGA cables in South-Africa,

Can you maybe assist me with a wiring diagram then I can build my own ?

Connect all 15 pins one to the other.
