Cloud Wifi- Cannot program board

So I bought three ReefAngels used a few weeks ago, and have been going through the process of setting them up. I currently have one connected to the web via the old wifi module and it's working fine. However, I can't seem to send code to the wifi cloud attachment. I've tried both the web wizard (plugin connects just fine), and arduino via copy and paste. Nothing seems to work. Any tips?
