how to change the temperature in ° C?
the display appears to me in C but the menu always appears to me in F and in doing so I am not part of the port coupled to the chiller

I do not believe that the menu will display C. I believe it is only in F, but I have to double check on that.

I do not follow this comment. Do you mean that you are not sure how to couple/assign the chiller port? Or am I misunderstanding. Please elaborate more if you can.

i remember that, in the package that i customize (for the italian forum) with you last version, i customize the reefangel.cpp for make appear the °C instead of °F
But the problem is not this but when the people go in the menu for change the temperature value (they see the value stored by SetInternalMemory.pde) but if they move the joystick for change it... the value go from 250 (for example) to 780 and they cannot return to 250 or 260 because the range is different.
