Is it RA best practices to update Libraries when new ones come out? (Thx Curt!)

If yes, do we just use the library update utility to go from 0.9.0 to 0.9.3.

Thx in advance.

My suggestion is this..... "if it's not broken, don't fix it"

If everything is running perfectly fine and doing what you want it to do, then don't bother updating your libraries unless we say "this should be updated because we found a serious bug with xyz feature". Generally speaking, the updates are minor bug fixes for problems that people find OR we add in new features and new functionality.
You can definitely upgrade if you want the new functionality.

And yes, you are correct, you use the library update utility to update the libraries and then simply reload your INO file.

Haha. Of course. I'm of similar mindset, but I've dealt with non-tech savvy people far too long PLUS have screwed up a few things in my time that I've learned to leave things alone or make sure I have a very good backup. :geek:
