Set up both float switches correctly. Both lights are red in the portal. Currently set to "Auto". Did I do something wrong in wizard set up?

This morning the water line was below the float switch and did not trigger the water pump on.

Please help.

In addition to buying another relay box is there anything else I need to purchase and how do I hook this all up?
