Don’t know if this helps, but it came across my YouTube feed:

It shows the setup process for an Alexa skill and RPi out the serial port.

Re: Multiple Salinity Probes?
Thanks for responding. I've dug in a bit to the electronics (I'm more of a hardware guy). From the schematics, it looks like the same A to D I2C chip is used on most of the expansions. Although I don't see it on the schematics, each expansion's A/D convertor must be slightly different for I2C addres...

Multiple Salinity Probes?
Is it possible to have more than one Salinity Expansion?
I know there can be more than one pH.
I would like to use a second for a auto salt water mixer.
Thanks.

Max I2C USB Cable Length?
Hello all,
I am wondering what the max length of the I2C USB cables that are used for the expansions?
I2C states max length at 9-12 feet. I'll be needing to push that with my sump in the basement.
Also - what chips are used in the expansion hub?

Re: Programming Reference or API Guide?
Thanks! This will make finding things a bit easier.
I'm thinking of pulling everything into a PSPad project. I noticed their is a list of keywords in the github that could be used to setup up Syntax highlighting, auto-complete, and a function tree view.

Programming Reference or API Guide?
Hello all, I've been searching and following dead ends and in loops to find a programmer's reference for the Reef Angle functions. I've been looking at the code in the library files, but thought there would be some kind of document that details the top level functions that can be used in the main sk...

Re: Picking the right things to buy...
Fish-Street.com $55 for head only. I have power supplies already, so just need the heads since no need for RW controller.

Re: Picking the right things to buy...
I read that the RW series pump head design is better than the WP series, and if using the RA - I don't need the controller as the RA does the synching between 2 heads. Also from what I read - the wireless connection between the RW controllers only synchs the On/Off, NOT the speeds. When the RA contr...

Re: Picking the right things to buy...
Thanks for the replies! Its one of the reasons I'm choosing RA. So - No Jabeo controller needed. Check. How about the Jabeo cables? Can I use the ones in the store, or do those only work with the older WP pumps? Also - I assume I will use the dimming ports on the Relay box to control these? And if s...

Picking the right things to buy...
Hello all, I've finally made my decision on what controller to buy (3 guesses on which one :D ), and would like some confirmation on exactly what to get and another question or two. My plan is to get the RA and 2 Jabeo RW8 power heads. If I have read correctly here on the forums - I just need to pur...
