I think the change might have happened when I updated my libraries. Would this cause a deletion of calibration?

ran the ControllerTester code and they turn on together during testing.

I swapped ends on the cable and same thing.

No movement at all. I have tried wiggling the cable to see if that changes anything but still the same situation.

Thats correct, every 20-40 seconds.

Seems that somehow my lights are tied to one of the wavemaker ports. When the main lights are supposed to be off they turn on with one of the wavemaker power heads. I am using an aqua lifter and the ATO times out all the time. I have the RA set to "single low" and the timeout set to 355 (which is the max right?) and still times out all the time. Any suggestions?

This may be an ignorant question but how does the memory section work? When I go to that section of the app it has different parameters than I have programmed into the RA. Does it change the code I have written? Is it a temporary change or permanent?

I dont see where in the code to do it. Keep in mind that I am using a MAC so I dont use RefGA

and.... if the answer is to change the version number, where do I do that? Im a newbie and not sure how to get to libraries. All I know how to do is the Initial memory and INO code.

Roberto recently updated my libraries for me and now I have lost the feeding and W/C modes on my iPhone app. Im not sure if the two are related or if there is an up and coming update.
