I am having the same issue. I have configuredd a static IP address. How do I configure that address into the controller? The status of my star is: cloud connection: Disconnected, IP Address:0.0.0.0

OK, I learned a few things by trying and trying and finally got the display working. Still struggling with cloud server compile errors.

Newbe having trouble with new Star

Plugged in my star and I do not get a screen display. The status led flashes between red and green about 10 times and then goes to green when plugged into the computer and 3 times red/ green to solid green when into power. Any thoughts?
