How long at the temp sensors? And would you be willing to sale 2? If so how much?

Hello im back at this again going to try to get this RA+ controller hooked up to the app and the portal. I just opened the RA wifi Utility and I keep getting the **ERROR-please disconnect and reconnect the RA wifi attachment. The wifi plug in is flashing green. any ideas? I am on a MacBook Pro.

How would it change? also how do I find out?

It should not of have it is still sending info to portal

I haven’t been able in the past several days been able to use the RA app to control or check the status of my aquarium. I was able to use it just fine, but not sure why I can’t now. I keep getting unable to process controller data. Please help thank you

i just looked for the icecap module, and didn't see it.

Is there anyway to control Maxspect or IC gyres with RA? Im looking into getting one or two of them.

When I’m away from my house, and I try to change something on the RA app I get a unable to process controller data. Any idea how to correct this?

100% sure I have a Apple AirPort Extreme router with a Motorola surfboard modem. That is everything other than the wire going to it.

Ok so now just plug it into the bottom of the controller. Then I should be able to get receive information on the portal?

I have done that but I'm still getting trying to connect to router. i used the port 2000 as it shows on wifi utility and ip adress 10.0.1.2. anything else i can try? I have watched Vids and i have done everything they have said still the same.

Ok I found out what was going on and corrected the issue with Wizard. Now how do I port forwarding on my router manually? I have a Apple AirPort Extreme router.

Is there anyway I can use the tunze ATO pump, and sensors with my RA? I would like to just use the RA to control everything and get rid of the Tunze controller.
