Its been much more reliable after adding the external antenna.
It does sometimes disconnect and blinks green and blue, but its much more stable.

Re: Wifi keeps disconnecting
I remember reading something at some point about changing the timeout setting on the wifi attachment. Its currently at the default of 200. Is this something i should try? Are there any other tweaks in the wifi settings that may help it stay connected at all times? I am trying the xternal antenna, bu...

Are there any tips or tricks I can do to get the wifi attachment to be more stable? It’s hit or miss when it comes to its connection. I can connect and refresh 5x with no issues sometimes, then when I try to connect 3 minutes later it’s offline and can’t connect. It’s off and on like this all the ti...

Ok so the Ph Exp is still not working.
The PH7 and PH10 calibration solutions stay around the same value. =/- 10.
Please set up an exchange asap.

Re: Ph expansion calibration issues
Ok so believe it or not i found the darn issue causing the PH probe to read incorrectly in tank.
It was the TEMP PROBE all along!!!
Soon as i unplugged the temp probe the PH jumped from 6.5 to 8.1 (much better!!!).
I will test the PH expansion again now.

Re: Ph expansion calibration issues
Guys I apologize for all my posts but I really do require some support here. The PH expansion sent to me is not working. I need to setup an exchange for that. The ph probe on the controller is not reading correctly when in the tank. I don’t know why this is and can definitely use some help. The prob...

Ph expansion calibration issues
I just received the new Ph expansion today. Hooked it all up and added the new Ph probe. Selected to calibrate the Ph Exp from the setup menu. The levels are extremely off. Ph7 is reading at 1150 and PH10 is reading about the same. Is there anything i can do? Am i missing something? Everything sound...

Is there any instructions on calibration for the expansion probe?

Re: Stabilize PH probe
I just realized what’s wrong. I have had absolutely no luck with several new parts I recently ordered. The probe is faulty. The wire on top of the probe is causing the probe to not read ph. I need to mess with the wire to get it to read, but it is not stable. This and the new temp probe is not worki...

Seems no matter what I do I can’t get it to read correctly.
Now it’s at 1.80 while in the tank. It goes up when I take it out.

Stabilize PH probe
Are there any tips or tricks I can use to stabilize the ph probe attached to the controller? It started reading at 2.23Ph. My tank is healthy and if this were true everything would be dead quick. It’s been at 2.23 for over a day now and is not budging. I’ve tried restarting and unplugging - repluggi...

Re: How do i code in a 2nd ph probe
You can do the same thing as the other code you have: if ( ReefAngel.Params.PHExp <= 750 && ReefAngel.Params.PHExp > 0 ) ReefAngel.Relay.On( Box1_Port7 ); if ( ReefAngel.Params.PHExp >=770 ) ReefAngel.Relay.Off( Box1_Port7 ); So 'PHExp' is what specifies its the expansion Ph probe and not t...

The code is throwing an error:

Looks like it does not like = 0

Yup i have rebooted several times. I will try again just to be sure.rimai wrote:Just to be sure, you have to connect the new probe and reboot. Not the other way around.
All probes are scanned only when the unit boots up. If it is indeed not working, send me a PM.

Re: Can i turn on/off a port based on water level?
DelayedOn only works after reboot, feeding mode or waterchange mode. What you want to do is set the relay override which you can do with ReefAngel.Relay.Override(Port7, false); That will turn the relay on definitively. However it won't go back on unless you do it manually or add additional logic to...

Re: New temp probe now working
Did you reboot after installing it? You could try it in a different port if any difference. Also the temp probes have a digital serial number and the order the probes appear is determined by that. So the new one wont' necessary be T2... You may also need to try one at a time. Either way, it isn't r...

Recently got a new temp probe in and its not working at all.
My original is working fine, the new one is not giving any readings at all.
Did something change or is my new temp probe just faulty?

Re: Can i turn on/off a port based on water level?
So this is working great when it comes to turning on the relay when water reached a certain level However i ran into another issue, the water level tends to jump 1-3% from 89-92 back and forth. Is there a way to put a delay on this relay as well? I did try adding to the code: ReefAngel.Relay.Delayed...
