Re: Stray voltage
Overall voltage has dropped as my lights are all off now. Probe in tank = 13.6 volts Probe in air = 2 volts Probe in cup of tank water = 4 volts. Another thing I noticed in the client is the ph takes a dramatic downward spike occasionally. I haven't had time to see if that is a trend tied to any equ...

Stray voltage
Hi everyone! I noticed a bit of a tingle on a cut on my index finger when I was cleaning things yesterday and decided to check for stray voltage. I am not that great with electrical stuff so I need advice. I used my multimeter with the positive probe in the water and negative in the ground of my out...

Re: pulling existing sketch with different PC
Thanks for the fast response. I might be able to get my hands on the sketch file in a month. I will just try to remain calm...lol.

pulling existing sketch with different PC
Here is the situation. My wife took the computer I was using with RA on her deployment (but she doesn't have internet yet [and may not get it] so she can't send me the sketch file). So I fired up an old dinosaur laptop. My wifi adapter quit for some reason, which is what prompted the tinkering. I su...

Re: PH probe quit
That didn't make a difference. Still shows ph of 1.28 (zero on calibration screen)

Re: PH probe quit
Is there a better float to purchase? This one is pretty new. Is the ph probe fried? Is there a better one? Just so i understand, are you saying I'm getting voltage in the tank from a float switch when ato is idle?
Thanks!

Re: PH probe quit
Maybe there is more to this story... The ph seemed to jump up when ato was active earlier. It made it to about 5 then flatlined shortly after ato.

PH probe quit
My RA was bought in October, and I just put the ph probe online in late September.. It started off out of the box being sluggish and now it won't give anything more than zero on the calibration screen. Nothing has changed in my code or hardware. I think its an issue with the probe. I tried cleaning ...
