RA plus with Ethernet.

I'm looking to possibly upgrade my ra plus to the New ra star. That being said I would like to see if anyone is interested in purchasing my used Ra plus. It is in great shape, working perfectly. Comes with Additional Ra standard board (I upgraded to a plus board after I bought it) Standard power rel...

Hmm now you have me thinking... The only thing is that my ra is running so well.... I probably don't even need to upgrade...
What is the delivery time for the whole new setup?

I'm not opposed to buying the whole thing, If I can sell my old plus. I have the water level expansion and hub, will those just plug and play?

Re: Int vs byte in internal memory

Yeah I could do that but I am currently 700 miles away from the tank on vacation....

I guess maybe I can get someone to go to the house and hold it out for me.

Re: Int vs byte in internal memory

I think that the byte location actually stored the zero level for when you calibrate the water level sensor. The first location, bit holds the low level to turn on the ATO circuit. The upper level byte which is the 100% mark after calibration is a 4 digit number, 2345 or on that order. Any chance th...

Int vs byte in internal memory

I was wondering what the difference is between the two in memory. I think that I messed up and changed a value to something from the app and it's causing some problem. I was changing the byte read for the water level low. I made it 970 thinking that would correspond to 97% . I don't think that it do...

Re: Ph probe gone bad?

A little update. I was having a problem with my Jebo pump, It seemed to lock up once in a while and not be as strong as it used to be. So I took it out to clean it, and lo and behold, PH jumps up. Not to a normal range, but not a 2 or 3 either. I assume the pump was causing some sort of electrical i...

Re: Ph probe gone bad?

Ok, so I ordered a new PH probe. I have not calibrated it yet, but I continue to get PH readings in the 3's. Last time I calibrated though was with the old meter, I suppose that could be an issue. When I first installed it it read in the mid to high 7's, it has over the last 3 days continuously drop...

I was looking at that one from BRS too. Not to sure I really need the precision of a lab grade instrument. I expect the life expectancy is the same.

well after a nice soak in vinegar, it still reads way low. guess I'll have to replace it. I wanted the power control module, and the hub so I can control dosers.I guess I'll wait and order it all together.

You can control them via the portal if you have the wifi adapter.

Edit: Well I can control mine, but they are a DIY set up. I guess it would depend on the type of driver they use and how it does dimming.

I had searched for the error, and there was some function in the libraries that needed changed, but then I saw that it was for ver 1.06 of the Lib. Not sure why I get that error, or why the time is goofy. It makes no sense. Unless for some reason that update time is pulled from the ethernet shield I...

Ph probe gone bad?

Greetings all. I think that my Ph probe has gone on the blink. I have noticed a constant fall in PH for some time now. As of this morning it is reading around 3. So either I have a tank full of OJ, or there is a problem with the probe. I just re calibrated it last week. A look at the internal mem sp...

Re: Android Reef Angel Status

I am using the portal on away because I get connection errors using the controller (it works fine on my home network). The portal time is correct, and my touchpad time is set, but the app time is 3hrs 20m fast? I suppose it could be the version of the rom I am running.
