my ssid and password are just letters it is also at WPA2-PSk.... i keep getting the please disconnect and reconnect error. but i do get it to work after a few reconnects.. but i get the two false msg after i connect

ok im trying to reinstall my internal memory, but i keep getting a message that serial port COM10 already in use try quitting that program that may be using it. but no other program that i know of is using it. COM3 i get the same msg. what am i doing wrong or what did i do wrong. I wanted to restore...
