Spam couter-measure feature.
It won't let you post links until you reach a certain number of posts.
I removed the restriction on your profile and you should be able to post links now

Any ideas why my web banner doesn't update?

My web banner stay at 2012.

It was the last time your controller sent data to the server.
Maybe you enabled the portal key in the portal settings and never updated your code.
Try disabling the key.
