Purchased used unit

Good morning all,
I purchased a used setup and it has a reef angel plus controller, wifi attachment (and the cable for it). I wanted to return the unit to default and see if the controller works as many of the other components I was sold is faulty. This is why I'm a little hesitant to spend the $40ish dollars for a ttl to serial cable. (From canada)
Does anyone have a pinout for this cable so I can at least try to program before I start spending money on other accessories?
I have several arduino components, the ttl to serial convertor and Dupont connectors.
