Temp probes are metal. Do I need to dip in silicone or somet

I've always had issues with my old inkbirds with metal probes. What does everyone use to seal these temp probes?

Never had any issues with them. I just use them as they came.

Great! Ive got a temp controller before the relay to protect.thenrelay from a million ons and offs, but I figured I'd ask before I got everything all wet and configured.
