Upload problem

Had to get a new laptop. Installed RA from website, but can't upload to RA+. Get the following error. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but can't figure it out. Thoughts?

Decided to try again today. A new serial port appeared (COM4), so switched to that and shazaam, it worked...
