No longer receiving e-mail alerts

As of January I am no longer receiving e-mail alerts for temp or ATO. I set them up on the Portal website and they used to work (at least for the last 2 years). The data seems to work on the Portal but I don't receive alerts.

Thoughts?

Update the firmware of the wifi attachment:

Did anyone figure out how to do this on a Mac?

Nevermind...I did manually without the macro. Does this update support the cloud or is that a different wifi attachment?

I did the update but I still don't receive alerts.

Are you waiting at least 5 minutes for the data to be sent to the portal?

I've checked the settings and the portal has been getting data just fine.
So, the problem is not that the portal is not getting data.
May I ask which alert are you expecting to get an alert?
You have alerts setup, but none of them are out of range, so you won't get any until they are triggered.

You have alerts setup, but none of them are out of range, so you won't get any until they are triggered.
Generally the ones I used to get weekly were my ATO float sensors. After 3-4 days my water runs out for top off and that should trigger an e-mail. I rarely get temperature ones.

As a quick test I modified my pH alert to trigger at 7.95 and that worked. I don't know why I'm not getting ATO sensor messages. I'm going to mess with this a bit. As a side note, I have been having issues where my ATO timeout occurs even though both sensor's water levels are fine.

That worked however now my triggers don't update on the portal. I can't add or see them, I just see a spinning blue icon.

I don't see nothing wrong with your settings.
Can you try a different browser or computer?

I have tried 3 different browsers with no luck. When I click on Portal Settings my triggers look empty but I seem to be getting them via my phone (however I think one is configured wrong and I can't fix it). If I try to add one all I get is a working spinning icon.
