My RA* is connected via ethernet and says it has a cloud connection. The Uapp even reports that it's connected. However, any changes I make to labels in the portal are no reflected in the Uapp nor on the RA*.

It times out.

Have you chosen to "Download labels from portal" from the uapp?

As for the star, the labels are set via the code and not retrieved from the portal.
