Cloud Wifi not power on

hi, all

recently i got new cloud wifi,
first connect it , it lights on,
then i had no time to set-it up,
so i pluged out and back to original wifi one,
and then later i put it cloud wifi back again to set-up,then its not power on or lights on,
what should i do? is it dead? or should i program/code the main board?

I replied to your PM.
The other end is not connected to the head unit on the photo.
Are you sure you have it connected?
Can you send us photos of both ends?
