I have an expansion relay that only seems to stay set at initial conditions. When the time ports are supposed to trip on or off nothing happens. The expansion box is 7ft away from the expansion hub with a 10 ft USB cable. This is a RA Plus Controller. I am wondering if the signal is being attenuated or if this is another issue?

Ok it is definitely the relay box. I plugged it in directly to the controller with a 1 ft USB cable and it does not trip or supply power out any outlet now.

It may be too long. Did you try shortening it?

Yes I did. I moved the unit next to the controller, directly attached it to the controller with a 1 ft USB cable and nothing turned on, all outlet ports on the expansion relay unit have no power. I think it maybe the USB connector its self.

The controller seems to be fine and connecting with all the other USB connected devices.
