Last questions before I buy.

I have a 180g mixed reef on my main level, a 29g nem tank in my bedroom(main level) and they are both going to a sump(the same sump) in the basement. I want to have controlable outlets at all the locations, at least to start with I would like to have control of the 180g than when I get money get some going down stairs than some on the 29g. I have been using a AC2 that a friend loaned me and I ran the phone cord wire to the basement for the other DC8 I have down there. From the looks of it the RA uses a lot larger of a wire for going from box to head unit. not sure I could get it though the holes let alone find a wire that long. what are my options? 2nd issue is getting the RA on internet. I have a laptop that is on 24/7 that is right next to the sump in the basement but if the head unit is at the 180g that doesn't help much. I would like to not have to buy the WiFi addon. I am okay with the head unit being down by the sump but I still need to get the first out lit bar upstairs to my 180g for the lights. Thoughts?

Yeah, it's going to be very hard if you can't run more cables through the walls.
How far away is sump to 180g? And sump to 29g?

thinking about 35feet or so. I can run more cables but not sure the size of the HDDB15 will fit in the holes.
