Drivers for RA will not load

Hi everybody
Windows 7 64 bit op system
I did plug the usb into the computer before I reslised I shouldn't do that.
I have deleted the install and usb drivers more than once.

Do you have a yellow exclamation mark on the device manager? Is it what you are saying?

Ok got it working and even got my codes to load, now for the wifi set up.
