Thanks! I think trying to implement a manifold while clean looking may just be more hassle than its worth. I have a good system going on right now.

The old adage. If it's not broke, don't fix it.
I agree with you Lee.
I've never had a manifold system, but what I have now is almost like it, most everything is teed off my return.
It seems to be working good.

I've basically have that but I have my 2 reactors plumbed inline. Gfo is first then Gac. The output goes to back to my filter sock and tees off to another valve that i use for water change connection. i need to research having something that attaches easier than pushing onto the slip connection I have. Could I have both outputs from each reactor tee into each other and have one drain?

First product pic I've seen on the web. Shipping charge is laughable though.

They are all the same pump.

The difference is, that waveline dc-6000 is $209, while the Jebao dc-6000 is $70 shipped through a group buy.

Start one. Contact them directly and see what the price would be for a 50-100 pump order.

The DC-6000 basically comes out to $70, and the DC-12000 comes out to $85. It makes the DC-12000 nearly $200 less than the Waveline versions.

Anybody had experience buying from aliexpress.com? It's listed there for USD105. Buy 4 or more for USD99.75.

Oh yeah... for me shipping is cheaper as I'm closer to China :)

Browsing info regarding the pump for a while, I'm getting confused. There are a few variations.

Jebao Marine Aqua - pump with blue body and slightly oval shape controller (6000,9000,12000)
Jebao ECO-TECH - pump with black body and square controller with green buttons (5000,10000)

1. Which one is the latest design?
2. Both can be compatible with the Jebao cable?

Thanks.

1. 6000-12000 is the latest design.
2. They seem to still use the same jebao cable connector.

If anyone is interested, I spoke with a seller on aliexpress and he dropped the shipping down from $90 to $40 for the jebao dc-6000. The final cost would be $145

You have to talk to the seller directly. He said when I order it he will correct the amount.

I got a hold of Jebao, and they quoted me a price for the dc-6000. It was 55 for the pump and 45 for shipping.

Not my pump, but these are GEN 2, just like the new Wavelines. The Speedwaves being sold are still GEN 1.

My pump arrives Thursday :)

Bhazard,
Good deal you got there. I ordered one from aliexpress.com but it was $125 :(. It's still in the mail.

What's that connector thingy on top of the pump? Would it fit a 3/4" or 1" fitting?
